Do you enjoy social conversation and would like to support others to enjoy gardening activities on a weekly basis? Would you like to support older people to plant, water, weed, chat and notice the changes in the garden? We have raised garden beds and all equipment ready for you to enjoy.

As a Resident transition to care support you get the opportunity to spend time with a resident, get to know them and have a positive impact on their lives by being a companion.
