In time of natural disasters impacting the Sunshine Coast region, Volunteering Sunshine Coast, with the Sunshine Coast regional Council, provides critical support to the local community with disaster recovery efforts. If you have an interest in being part of a dedicated team supporting people in times of need you can volunteer as a Disaster Recovery Volunteer.

We are a Community based AFL Club and we require volunteers for the 2024 season to assist with First Aid response during Junior Games and events. Applicants must hold a current First Aid Certificate

Volunteer to become one of the very special VIP's for the Gold Coast Police Service. As a VIP you would be offering support to Officers by carrying out a range of crime prevention tasks that complement the responsibilities of Gold Coast Police members, allowing officers to remain focused on operational tasks. Currently only one intake a year is held, applications must be made prior to attend a mandatory 4 day training session. This role is for long term, committed, and conscientious persons.

Volunteers required to support the operational activities as directed by the OSU Group Duty Officer. This is a support role and can be undertaken by firefighting and non-firefighting personnel.
