The Gold Coast Beach Parade is a world record attempt for the greatest number of people in koala-ear visors parading Burleigh Beach on Sunday, 16th of May. It’s a great opportunity to be part of an event that is helping to raise funds for the Currumbin Wildlife Hospital, celebrating the Gold Coast community and showcasing our lifestyle and beaches. We are seeking volunteers to assist on the day to Register Participants to tally the number of people for the world record attempt.

We are in need of a few volunteers to help us stage a pleasant morning fund-raising event, by helping prior to the event with setting up, during the event by directing public to Entry and Exit points, checking on COVID compliance and/or by sanitizing surfaces and/or helping to pack up after the event. We need separate volunteers for each activity

The PCYC Queensland Emergency Services Cadets program is delivered in partnership with PCYC Queensland and Queensland’s Emergency Services, thanks to the support of Queensland Fire and Emergency Services. The program is offered to young people aged 12 to 17 and operates out of an emergency service facility within a community under the leadership and guidance of volunteer adult leaders and mentoring emergency services personnel. Currently there are 17 unit locations operating in Queensland.

Volunteering with Valley RDA is a very rewarding experience assisting riders with varied abilities to reach their goals as a rider whilst improving their physical mental and emotional well being. It is also giving them a fun, joyful experience. You will be a valued team member working alongside like minded volunteers and of course our beautiful horses. (y)

Blues on Broadbeach is one of Queensland's most iconic music festivals, and it is back this May! We require a number of volunteers to carry out tasks to assist with check-ins, issuing wrist bands, local information, greeting and entry monitors. Join the Blues Crew! In this particularly difficult year, be a part of the team who are set to shine a spotlight on Queensland’s enviable lifestyle — focusing on our beaches and community spirit, while supporting a charity that is close to all of our hearts – Currumbin Wildlife Hospital and saving our city’s Koalas. We are looking for a volunteer accountant/bookkeeper to assist the two female directors to effectively perform the company’s financial/accounting/bookkeeping activities for 1 day per week on days and times that are mutually agreed.

We have a need for game day volunteers mainly on a Saturday during the Australian Football season. Areas include Canteen Assistant, Timekeeper, Team Manager. Goal Umpire, Strapper/First Aid.

The Eumundi Markets Car Park operates to serve the needs of the community on both Wednesdays and Saturdays for the famous Markets and it is important that we have volunteers on the three carparks to welcome visitors, assist with their enquiries and directions and provide first point of contact as they arrive to the historical town. The Eumundi Markets is a tourist icon known for its fabulous arts, crafts and produce around the world.

Volunteers will roll out access mats and assist participants to use beach wheelchairs to enjoy the beach along with everyone else. (C)

The MRP is a world-first, modified form of touch-only rugby, developed by GingerCloud Foundation, where each MRP Player has their own PlayerMentor on the field supporting them.

Truck Off-sider will be travelling in the truck and assisting loading donated furniture and unloading at warehouse. When not in the truck you will be asked to help in the warehouse moving furniture and other items to restock our shop. You will also be helping children in need from around the world.
