As the Volunteer and Staff Coordinator for the Big Love Festival 2024 (Chenrezig Institute 26-28th September 2024), you’ll be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing volunteers and staff to support the successful execution of the event. You’ll ensure all festival volunteers and staff are equipped with the necessary resources and information to fulfil their roles effectively, contributing to a positive and memorable experience for festival attendees.

As the Marketing Manager for the Big Love Festival (Chenrezig Institute, 26-28th September 2024) you will play a vital role in driving ongoing ticket sales through festival promotion and brand awareness through multiple platforms/marketing/communication methods. Branding has already been developed, some early marketing has already begun and tickets are already selling. This role begins asap until end September, following festival wrap up and lessons learnt are documented for future festivals.

You will work closely with the RFDS team to source high value prizes for upcoming beneficiary event scheduled for June 2024. You'll need great communication skills, the ability to build relationships, and attention to detail. Your tasks include researching potential donors, reaching out to businesses and individuals for donations, and keeping careful records of everything. Your work directly support the Flying Doctor in supporting vital healthcare services to rural, remote and regional areas.

We are seeking passionate events or fundraising persons to assist our events and fundraising team. If you are looking for an opportunity to help make a difference and have skills in planning, organising, creating and talking to people, get in touch! Fundraising and events experience not essential. Hours of work between 9am-4pm

We are seeking volunteers to assist at the Gold Coast Memory Walk & Jog at Broadbeach on Sunday 4th June 2023 at 7am - 12noon. We need help with a range of roles: eg registration desk; t-shirt stall; Wayfinder. Equipment and orientation provided. Dementia Australia is the national peak body for people, of all ages, living with all forms of dementia, their families and carers. We provide advocacy, support services, education and information.

The Orangutan Project (TOP) is an international conservation organisation working with partners and running projects in Borneo and Sumatra to save orangutans from extinction, safeguard forests, and support local and indigenous communities.
