The Hopewell Centre is currently recruiting volunteers to assist across a number of our programs, including gardeners and entertainers.

We seek a volunteer for our front office with good interpersonal and communication skills who can greet and welcome visitors, members and tutors and provide them with timely and accurate information.

The co-facilitator of a pain support group (PSG) for Bundaberg region helps the group to: share their experiences of living with chronic pain, educate the group about self-management techniques and to effectively use healthcare settings. The PSG provides an avenue for people with pain to socialise with others and reduce the isolation of chronic pain. The group meets once a month for 1.5 to 2 hours.
