We are looking for volunteers who are passionate about helping our families, who attend The Bandaged Bear Outpatients at The Children’s Hospital at Westmead, to have a positive and seamless patient journey in relation to their outpatient appointment.

We need volunteers who have empathy with people and are able to walk around with visitors to help them find their appointments. When trained you will be able to give directions clearly to those seeking guidance. Visitors appreciate assistance given by friendly, helpful people.
