The Bilby Toy Library is a program of Berkeley Vale Neighbourhood Centre Inc and runs entirely on the funds it gets from membership. You will be responsible for the upkeep of the toy library. Calling all "kids at heart"! The Newcastle and Hunter Toy Library is seeking a regular volunteer to assist with the running of the Toy Library sessions on Saturday mornings. The Toy Library is a terrific service based at New Lambton Library and run entirely by volunteers.

Volunteers will help with ensuring that the BVHS Collection is managed and conserved in accordance with National Standards for Australian Museums and Galleries. The aim is to maintain the physical & electronic collection registers of Photographs and Objects within the museum and the machinery shed. We are gifted many items which need to be recorded so that they can be readily accessible when enquiries are made and when displays/exhibitions are being planned.

Toy Library assistance in one of the most cultural diverse suburbs of Sydney. Helping parents and grandparents who care about their children's education. Contributing to the early development and settlement of children under 6 years old. Helping them reach the important milestones before attending school in a fun and inclusive way. Some of our members have children with special needs.
