You will have the opportunity to work with young individuals (aged 9 - 13) and assist them in building more confidence and self esteem, achieve goals and be a positive role model. Not to mention help them create an awesome artistic piece to be exhibited at the completion of the program!

Inclusion Melbourne’s Leisure Buddy program matches like-minded people to undertake social activities within our community on a fortnightly basis. We are focused on creating genuine, long term connections between volunteers and our Leisure Buddy participants. Therefore, we require a minimum commitment of 12 months and two to three hours per fortnight.

On Sunday 11 August Muscular Dystrophy will stage Run for Strength - a fun run/walk around Princes Park. We need volunteers to act as marshalls around the course making sure participants dont go the wrong way. It is an easy job but one that is crucial to the success of the event. Its a wonderful celebration of able bodied people coming together with those with a disability.
