The Ashburton Community Centre runs many events and are seeking to establish a pool of volunteers who may be interested in lending a hand on a one-off or regular basis at our events. Events are a fun way to be involved, meet people and make a difference in your local community.

Join an AYCC action group and be part of a movement of young people, fighting for climate justice. Together we can push back against funding for dirty gas expansion, and champion climate solutions for our communities. This is your chance to take the next step for climate justice & level up your skills at the same time.

We need YOU! We are in need of some bloody brilliant volunteers for our flagship fundraising event The Bloody Long Walk national series: a 35km walk in Mornington Peninsula (from Yarra Bend Park to St Kilda Sea Baths) on Sunday 19 May 2024.

SchoolKits for Congo seek Student Advocates to invite their own school communities to engage in meaningful and rewarding global giving. Advocates will present the program to decision-makers, show them the positive impact that involvement can have on both givers and receivers, and connect them with the resources necessary to complete the first gift cycle. Advocates may also assist with local publicity for the event. Advocates may be current school students or recent graduates.
