Inclusion Melbourne’s Leisure Buddy program matches like-minded people to undertake social activities within our community on a fortnightly basis. We are focused on creating genuine, long term connections between volunteers and our Leisure Buddy participants. Therefore, we require a minimum commitment of 12 months and two to three hours per fortnight.

MDFA's Support Groups provide a safe and welcoming space for people living with aged-related macular degeneration to share their stories and ask questions of their peers. The Co-Facilitator role is well suited to someone with good communications skills and confidence in public speaking. Ideally you will have experience facilitating a support group and/or demonstrate the ability to guide a balanced discussion. Personal experience with macular disease is desirable, not necessary.
