As a Host in the Mission to Seafarers' Flying Angel Club, your invaluable assistance will help and support the dedicated team of staff and volunteers provide comfort, a friendly face and a sense of community to the thousands of seafarers who visit the Port of Melbourne annually.

We are looking for individuals and groups who would be prepared to be part of a roster of entertainers for our Southaven and/or Brindabilla Day Centres. If you can entertain in any way, shape or form we want to hear from you! At MiCare, we don't want anybody to be lonely. We are looking for female volunteer who can speak Italian (Calabrese dialect) to spend some quality time with an elderly lady who lives in Brunswick West. Your visit may be spent reminiscing about the good old days and family while sitting around having a cuppa or enjoying a leisurely activity like going for a short walk.
