We are seeking a passionate community member to join our dedicated Board of Governance. The Kingston Neighbourhood House (KNH) Board provides governance support to the Manager and staff of KNH to enable efficient operations. THE KNH Board is a group of professionals based in the Kingborough community and commit 1-2 hours per month for Board meetings and 1-2 hours per month for work on sub-committees or projects as they arise.

Mather's House is a wonderful positive space where a range of activities take place to ensure older people stay connected to others, stimulated and have a laugh. Our dining program really adds to that in that people have a chance to share a meal. We are looking for some enthusiastic waitresses to join our team of volunteers.

Are you great at finding hidden gems? We are looking for a Grant Writing Guru with experience to seek out and then submit for community grants to help our grass roots committees do what they are best at - helping the elderly, families in need, the homeless of our communities. Got a couple of hours a week and a desire to support - we would love to hear from you!
