Goldfields Disabled Sports are looking for an enthusiastic Coach to train their people in Lawn Bowls, Bocce, Swimming, Softball and Athletics. The people we require as volunteers will have an affinity with disabled persons and be able to set programs and tech people of all ages in the above sports. Ideally, the person would also have a knowledge of Administration techniques to do with a club environment and would be required to assist with the administrative duties as required.

The program provides special interest group discussion's for blind and low vision people all around Australia to interact with one another via phone. The volunteer Facilitator is charged with connecting the groups on a regular connection schedule, promotes positive communication between the participants and adds to the discussion.

Down Syndrome Queensland (DSQ) is organising for our young adults with Down syndrome to attend our Challenge Weekend Camps throughout the year and require volunteers to assist us with this event. There are multiple opportunities throughout the year: we will require the volunteers to be available from 3pm Friday to approximately 12pm Sunday. Dates range however camps are usually held in March and November.
