Get2Know is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Volunteer Support Coordinator who is able to use their understanding of the disability sector to make a real difference in the lives of NDIS participants. The right candidate will be highly compassionate and caring, be able to think outside the box, and possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills used to speak to our internal and external stakeholders.

Brainwave supports 1,400 children with brain illnesses and illnesses and their families across Australia to cope, adapt and thrive. As well as information and advice, therapy and equipment, we provide family activities to enable families to get out of their home and meet other families. Shows and events provide free tickets and we are seeking a volunteer to help us apply for these charity tickets to enable families supported by us to attend.

Brainwave's first Mums Group enables mothers of children with brain illnesses and injuries to leave their home and meet other mothers supported by Brainwave at a local cafe on a monthly basis We are seeking a volunteer to help coordinate 5 of the local groups by arranging these catch ups with the mothers
