Ageing with Grace believe that social connections are essential to the well-being of older people. We are seeking enthusiastic, compassionate, friendly volunteer visitors to spend time with people who are at risk of social isolation and loneliness.

The Aged Care Volunteer is matched with a socially or culturally isolated resident in the community or in an aged care facility. Visits are minimum of 1 hour a fortnight. The Aged Care Volunteer Visitor Scheme is across the NT - in Darwin, Nhulunbuy, Katherine, Tennant Creek and Alice Springs.

We are seeking a Connect2You Facilitator to greet and connect with isolated and lonely older Australians who cess our essential service and 'drop-in' for a chat via Zoom.
