This project aims to restore important habitat to protect the eastern curlew and support the growth of the local population. We will be carrying out different restoration activities to improve the habitat and doing bird surveys to monitor the eastern curlew population at Lee Point Reserve.     This project aims to collect cane toads in local areas of Darwin. These will be turned into "toad sausages" to teach quolls to avoid cane toads in the wild. Cane toads were introduced to QLD in 1935 and they have rapidly spread to the NT leading to devastating effects on our native wildlife.
