The Program for After School Studies is targeted at young people from CALD backgrounds between the ages of 8 - 25 years old to assist with homework, reading, writing, acquiring speaking skills and study skills.

Our Mentor Program works with men from all sorts of backgrounds who are interviewed, screened and trained to be matched with a young man (10-18 years old).
The Mentors are usually older than 24 years old and have had their own unique journey through life and want to give back.
The Program requires a commitment of 2 years with an expectation of a couple of hours 1:1 contact per fortnight.

Educational Mentors (Tutors) provide 1 on 1 educational assistance 1-2 hours a week to vulnerable children aged 6-16.
Most of the children/young people referred to us are about 2 yrs behind their age in at least English & Maths. You can help us break a child out of a cycle of poor educational achievement. Kids Friend mentors spend 2-3 hours a week with a vulnerable child aged from 6-16, for friendship and fun. You become a special person outside the family who supports the child's social and emotional needs with an aim to increase the child's confidence, personal skills and resilience. You can take the child to visit places within the community or your own home to bake, play video games, or just hang out.
