The role of the volunteer is to provide support and assist staff within the Canberra Community Dialysis Centre by provision of a tea round for clients having dialysis.

To provide assistance to patients during meal times, to promote appropriate and adequate nutrition and hydration at Bruce Private Hospital. To provide companionship during the meal to enhance patients wellbeing and stay in hospital.

Abbeyfield Garran is a not for profit which provides affordable, inclusive, homelike and safe accommodation for people with a mild cognitive disability where residents can maintain their independence with dignity and choice.
