    Australian Kookaburra Kids Foundation runs Activity Days, Camps & online chat sessions for young people living with families suffering from Mental Health. Volunteers can select which role they want to do depending on their availability. Volunteers need to engage, support and assist young people on the Activity Day, Camp or online Chat session we call Connect. Volunteers are there to take part in the activity and ensure the safety and wellbeing is reported to a staff member.

  2. 'Walking School Bus' Program Assistants

    We are looking for volunteers who enjoy a morning walk and engaging in conversation with children. The role is to support children to get to school in time for their studies and build road safety awareness. Each 'walking bus' will walk along a set route with two or more adults leading and collecting the children at designated stops and walking them to school.
