Educational Mentors (Tutors) provide 1 on 1 educational assistance 1-2 hours a week to vulnerable children aged 6-16. Most of the children/young people referred to us are about 2 yrs behind their age in at least English & Maths. You can help us break a child out of a cycle of poor educational achievement. Native animals are often in need of a helping hand following accidents with cars, pets, windows, people and other native animals. ACT Wildlife has trained wildlife carers to care for these animals but with increasing habitat loss and suburban expansion our job is ever increasing.
