Mentoring Men has available volunteer positions for men to be professionally trained to support other men in our community. You will have the opportunity to help and guide a man in need and be a part of our organisation's mission to support men in their life journey. All men regardless of their background or beliefs are welcome to apply for our program.

Our Mentor Program works with men from all sorts of backgrounds who are interviewed, screened and trained to be matched with a young man (10-18 years old). The Mentors are usually older than 24 years old and have had their own unique journey through life and want to give back. The Program requires a commitment of 2 years with an expectation of a couple of hours 1:1 contact per fortnight.

Volunteer roles are opportunities for Pedal Power members and volunteers to get more engaged in the work that we do. These roles are designed to be flexible, collaborative and easy to engage with. For over 114 years our Assn supported and protected prospecting across the outback of Western Australia. We run bush camps, Prospecting training, and membership drives with our sponsors and five (5) Branches. The candidate would be responsible as a Delegate (board member) to the Assoc. If you already have experience in accounting, or sound Bookkeeping or have worked on a board and would like something more interesting, then this is for you. GovHack is the largest Hackathon in the Southern Hemisphere and run almost entirely by volunteers across Australia and New Zealand. It brings together people from all walks of life, to deliver solutions to community issues by hacking, mashing and remodelling Government Open Data. GovHack uses multiple channels to communicate with general members of the public, sponsors, volunteers, government agencies and other open data bodies.
