We are looking for energetic volunteers to join our Brisbane Street Outreach Service team to bring services to the homeless in the inner-city. You will engage, encourage and empower service users and the homeless through mobile support, referral and educational services. Our mission is that those who engage our services and experiences homelessness feel supported by our Outreach program. The brave solo refugee Mums who make SchoolKits for Congo also make beautiful buntings from bright African fabrics, and teach other Mums to do the same. We sell them in Australia and return the proceeds to the makers so that they can pay the school fees for their children to be educated. We are looking for stallholders who could add a product to their range, and for representatives who can show buntings to potential retailers and customers.
