4 Voices are looking for committed volunteers for the 4 Voices outreach service to connect with people who are digitally and socially isolated. You will be helping people to connect through regular conversations, digital skills, setting up emails, MyGov accounts, help them with online shopping, possibly setting up their resumes, looking for work etc. You will also connect people with other services like Centrelink, food services, housing, healthcare and counselling.

You will be responsible for the development, implementation and ongoing evaluation of the operational requirements and strategic plans. Your duties include hiring and training employees and managing quality operational services.
