We are looking to superstar volunteers to help us with all things MS Brissie to the Bay bike ride, in particular photographing the event. This event supports almost 5,500 Queenslanders living with MS and other neurological conditions, and we cannot pull off events like this without our amazing volunteers.

Your tasks include researching potential donors, reaching out to businesses and individuals for donations, and keeping careful records of everything. Your work directly support the Flying Doctor in supporting vital healthcare services to rural, remote and regional areas.

We are looking for a volunteer grant writer who can produce compelling written proposals to engage more funders for our projects Your writing skills will help us develop winning proposals, applications, and other materials to engage our funders supporting our work across Victoria, New South Wales, Western Australia, South Australia, and Queensland.

GovHack is the largest Hackathon in the Southern Hemisphere and run almost entirely by volunteers across Australia and New Zealand. It brings together people from all walks of life, to deliver solutions to community issues by hacking, mashing and remodelling Government Open Data. GovHack uses multiple channels to communicate with general members of the public, sponsors, volunteers, government agencies and other open data bodies.

The brave solo refugee Mums who make SchoolKits for Congo also make beautiful buntings from bright African fabrics, and teach other Mums to do the same. We sell them in Australia and return the proceeds to the makers so that they can pay the school fees for their children to be educated. We are looking for stallholders who could add a product to their range, and for representatives who can show buntings to potential retailers and customers.

FOXG1 syndrome is a rare, paediatric neurological disorder affecting brain development for which there is currently no cure. We are looking for volunteers experienced in planning and executing fundraising programs, including identifying and approaching major donors, Trusts, Foundations, and advising on opportunities for grant funding so that we can support the essential medical and genetic research needed to offer affected children and their families a brighter future.
