HUB Community Projects is a welcoming Community space that runs both HUB Community Legal and HUB Neighbourhood Centre in Inala. We are currently seeking a Reception/Welcome Desk volunteer to assist us in day-to-day Centre operations and ensure we can provide a quality service to our community! We are seeking someone to fill shift Tuesday afternoon 1pm-4pm. Duties include welcoming clients, answering phones and more. Support provided and a great environment to learn.

Do you like meeting and helping people? Can you be the friendly face people see when they visit our small but vibrant community centre? We are looking for a small team of volunteers to be the first point of contact for visitors, field telephone enquiries, take messages and bookings and help with set up and support for our activities and groups.

We need a handy person with a green thumb to maintain our facilities here at Gailes Community House. We are a small neighbourhood centre based in an old housing commission house with some lovely hedges and gardens that need some tendering every now and then. The gardens make Gailes Community House a welcoming space. We also have occasional maintenance tasks such as hanging pictures, fixing cupboards, tables etc.

Climate Action Now (CAN) signs and stickers send a clear message to decision makers and political candidates that their community wants climate action and they want it now. The Volunteer CAN Sign Coordinators play a critical role in ensuring smooth operations and effectiveness of coordinating the distribution of CAN signs across Queensland for maximum impact.
