The volunteer needs to know at least one person (ideally a couple pf people) over 50 who the mentor can a) sign up to a government learning website b) give the learner 1 hour * 5 sessions of basic digital mentoring, i.e 5 hours minimum commitment per person. If the volunteer does not know anyone - we can arrange the students !
