The Event Coordinator will oversee Signal Flare’s social BBQ gathering on the day of the event, with a limited amount of pre-work to prepare for the day. As an Operating Theatre Recovery volunteer, you will work closely with staff to support the post-anaesthetic care of patients by providing comfort, as well as reconnecting and regulating caregiver visits. Volunteers also support the Queensland Children’s Hospital Recovery staff by answering the phones and maintaining comfort supplies.
