Seeking volunteers to support Dementia Australia staff and clients in our various social support programs, which are held on weekday mornings. Our social support programs are held every day Monday to Friday and include various opportunities to join groups such as our coffee and chat, gallery/museum groups, craft, woodworking, men’s shed and walking groups around the ACT. As a Recreational and Leisure Champion you will use your skills and expertise to create a creative and fun program for Queanbeyan Day Club members. Join us to increase the health and well being of people over the age of 65.

To support patients of the Palliative Care Service, as well as their families and carers. There are various roles available which can involve hospital or home-based patient and carer support, or administrative assistance.

We are looking for a volunteer to assist us with editing videos. We are recording webinars on the latest in genetic editing technology, genetic research, speeches at various events and more. We are looking at doing a number of quite short video's (sub 10 minutes) where we will be going deep in a particular area of interest. If you have any graphic design skills that might also be interesting to us on some other projects.

As the In2Craft Volunteer Facilitator, you will host our In2Craft weekly Zoom session, share your joy of craft and inspire creativity. This role is offered 100% virtual, minimum two hours per week.
