ACVVS volunteers will provide regular friendship and companionship to socially isolated aged care recipients through one-on-one or group in-person visits. To ensure the best experience for all involved, volunteers will receive training and support from our Volunteer and Engagement Coordinator throughout the program. Participating in the ACVVS Program offers volunteers a valuable opportunity to build meaningful connections and make a positive impacts on their communities.

The Aged Care Volunteer Visitor Scheme (ACVVS) is a government funded program to combat social isolation and helps to develop social connections for older persons. Ageing with Grace believe that social connections are essential to the well-being of older people.
