The role of the volunteer is to provide support to patients aged 0 to 12 years and their families in consultation with the senior nurse (shift leader) in paediatric wards, day stay and outpatient clinics at the Centenary Hospital for Women and Children in Garran.

Volunteers for the social support groups assist our support workers in running the social support groups for people living with dementia. This role is to support the group facilitator of the men’s shed group to ensure the group runs safely and successfully. The men's shed is located in Dickson.

Provide court support to clients on demand.
