As a volunteer Resolution Officer, you will be responsible for receiving, assessing, investigating and responding to complaints or concerns from members of Fauna Rescue. Reporting to the Chairperson, this role will facilitate our goal of best practice wildlife care and support our volunteers with any matters that may arise.

Volunteers are welcomed as part of the small team in the southern area. All volunteers are given training to assist blind persons. The Volunteer Driver will be required to use their own vehicle which will need to have comprehensive insurance.
