They provide guidance to members, visitors and those who call us to use the Society’s family history information resources. The Lyell McEwin Hospital serves a community of people from diverse cultures and backgrounds. Some people may find the hospital difficult to navigate finding the ward or service they need. Guides are often the first face a visitor sees when entering the hospital and have the important role of greeting patients and visitors as they arrive.

Volunteers in this role provide support and guidance to the visitors and staff of the Modbury Hospital Outpatients Department by greeting patients on arrival and directing patients to the required area.

Cleaner required for small sport group. Duties will include cleaning of the toilets, and mopping of the floor in the canteen and hall. The hall and sports club is used once a week. This right person will have the flexibility to undertake the cleaning around a time that works for them. We only require it ready for Sundays when the club is open.
