The Borthwick Park Biodiversity Program is searching for and welcomes new Volunteers who would like to assist with restoring and maintaining native habitat and increasing the biodiversity of Borthwick Park. Meeting on every second Sunday of the month, this role is perfect for anyone seeking to make a difference without the Monday to Friday time commitments.

Friends of Cleland National Park is looking for volunteers who will enjoy restoring our park to its native flora and fauna state. We work across 9 different sites within the park to removing weeds such as broom and planting natives back into the cleared area.

Are you concerned about the amount of rubbish on our coastline? Adopt a Spot are recruiting volunteers to nominate an area of coastline to manage the removal of marine debris. Tasks will include daily cleans, collation of data ( taking pictures of marine debris and reporting back on data via email or social media), disposal of materials in accordance with Local Council rubbish and recycling guidelines and community education in sustainable practices.
