Katoomba High School

Katoomba High School is a comprehensive secondary school that serves the community of the upper Blue Mountains.

The school has explicit expectations for quality learning and behaviour and bases its welfare strategies on the needs of children in order to achieve these goals. We provide a wide range of learning opportunities at the school to cater for diverse talents and interests.

Our Support Unit for students with disabilities is an integral and valued part of the school. Special Needs services offered across our 5 support classes cater for students with: Mild, Moderate or Severe Intellectual Disability; Autism; Emotional Disturbance; and students with a range of disabilities with similar support needs.
