Jubilee Community Care

Jubilee Community Care provides services to older people in their own homes to assist them to maintain their independence.

Services include cleaning, laundry, assistance with shopping and transport and personal care. We also offer fun activities for seniors to give them an opportunity to get out of the home and enjoy time together.
