About Summer Foundation
The Summer Foundation is a dynamic not-for-profit organisation that works to get young people with disability out of nursing homes.
Our three key areas of focus are:
* Conducting and fostering research that provides an evidence base for policy change.
* Supporting people with disability to share their stories with the Australian community to highlight the importance of the organisation's work, and keep the issue on the political agenda.
* Developing integrated housing demonstration projects in order to increase the range and number of supported accommodation options.
