A multi-service community health centre including Adult Day Centres at Westbury and Hadspen, Dementia Specific Day Centre (Rainbow Room), Community Nursing, Social Work, Podiatry Service, Child Health and a range of community development and health promotion activities including a community garden, hydrotherapy classes, exercise sessions etc.
