Birkdale Scout Group

The Aim of Scouting is to encourage the physical, intellectual, emotional, social and spiritual development of young people so that they take a constructive place in society as a member of their local, national and international community. Birkdale Scout Group aims to deliver this aim in a fun filled, supportive and exciting environment for boys and girls aged 6-to-8 in our Joey section, 8-to-11 in our Cub Scout section, 11-to-15 in our Scout section, and 15 to 18 in our Venturer section. Opportunity also exists for young men and women aged between 18 and 26 as Rovers.
