About Port Bouvard Surf Life Saving Club

The Port Bouvard Surf Life Saving Club commenced patrol operations at Pyramids Beach in Dawesville on 18th December 2003. Full affiliation was achieved on the 26th May 2007. Since then the Club has gone from strength to strength in all areas.

The Club has increased Beach Patrol Hours consistently each year. Education supports Lifesaving by training Surf Rescue, Bronze and now IRB and advanced Spinal and Resuscitation Courses. Community Courses delivered in Dawesville are in the pipeline. Youth 13 to 19yrs is strong and active in our Club. Junior Beach Activities run Sunday mornings. Surf Sports trains at Junior and Senior level for local and State Competitions. The Club won AUSSIES Medals in both the Senior and Masters Competitions in 2014.
