The Gawler Cancer Foundation and the Yarra Valley Living Centre is a not for profit organisation that promotes a holistic and integrative approach to health and wellbeing. Our mission is to improve the recovery outcomes and quality of life for people affected by cancer or multiple sclerosis and to educate people in the prevention of illness.

Set on 40 acres of stunning bushland, our Yarra Valley Living Centre hosts a range of healing and general wellbeing retreats. These retreat programs are based around our 7 Essential Elements: Meditation, Nutrition, Support, Moderate Exercise, Emotional Healing, Power of the Mind and Quest for Meaning. During your stay you will learn how by implementing these lifestyle practices into your everyday life you can encourage your body’s own innate healing potential and connect to a sense of deep inner peace.
