About City of Belmont
Provides a range of essential services for frail aged and younger people with disabilities and their carers. Through these services we aim to maintain and support independence in a community environment and a quality lifestyle, preventing premature and inappropriate institutionalisation. Examples of services offered are transport to and from medical appointments, shopping and banking, home maintenance(gardening and minor repairs), short term respite - in home care providing a break for carers and those who are cared for and emergency home help assisting with household chores.
