What started in 1988 as an idea, and in 1989 became a grass roots movement of carers and service providers has since evolved and grown into Carers SA - a statewide organization which aims to promote, assist, empower and enhance the lives of family carers.

Our Core Business is to improve the health, wellbeing resilience and financial security of caring families.

We do this through:
