Moonee Valley City Council is well-known for the high quality of services provided to individuals and families in need. Volunteers are a vital part of the services and care offered by Council to the Moonee Valley Community.
Council currently has 8 active volunteer programs and many long-serving volunteers. From time to time we have opportunities for new, enthusiastic volunteers to join our team. There are a range of volunteer activities you can get involved in, from delivering library material to our residents who for some reason cannot visit the library themselves to supervising a learner driver.
Volunteering in the Moonee Valley community brings our volunteers personal satisfaction, skills development, social contact, and the opportunity to learn more about their local neighbourhood. It is a great way to link in with the people in your community and contribute to making Moonee Valley a better place!
