Karingal PLACE Neighbourhood Centre is owned and operated by Frankston City Council and is a multi-service children's and family services hub located in the heart of Karingal. The centre offers many services including: Maternal child and health services Immunisation Community Kinders Plus 3 and 4 year old kinder program Frankston Library and story-time Youth Hangouts Community and Supported playgroups U3A – University of the 3rd Age Community programs such as Age-strong, Chatty Café, Craft and other social and recreational activities
