Carers and Disability Link is dedicated to providing compassionate and personalised care and support to carers, individuals living with disability, and people aged over 65. Our services extend across regional South Australia, offering a variety of social support groups as well as vital respite and Direct Care services.
As an NDIS Provider and a registered Centrelink workplace, Carers and Disability Link operates from multiple locations, including our offices in Nuriootpa, Clare, Kadina, and our office and shop in Woodside in the Adelaide Hills. We are committed to serving our community with care and professionalism, ensuring that individuals and families receive the support they need to thrive.
