You Matter supports women and families who have experienced domestic and family violence, through helping to ensure we can provide all that is needed to fully equip their homes with the furniture and household goods necessary to run a functional home. You Matter works with domestic violence agencies to support their clients once they have secured long-term accommodation. You Matter supports the recovery space in domestic and family violence, aiming to prevent women returning to the abusive situation and enabling them to move on and become contributing members of society once again. You Matter’s Vision that women and children feel supported to live a safe and happy life within their own homes and their community and your contribution will go towards this. Our mission is to build hope, dignity and respect for Survivors escaping Domestic and Family Violence through ensuring that their permanent homes are fully equipped, functional and comfortable so that they can begin to rebuild their lives free from the impediments that not having basic household items create.
