Care Connect provides in-home care in Vic, NSW and Qld across a number of government funded care programs. The majority of our clients are in the aged care sector receiving either Commonwealth Home Support or Home Care Packages. We also operate Out of Hospital Care in NSW, including the new palliative care program.
