Country Home Services (formerly CHAP) is a aged home care services organisation based in the country communities of the Clare Valley, Yorke Peninsula, Wakefield Plains, Mid-North, Adelaide Plains, Light Region, Gawler and the Barossa Valley. We are a non-government, not-for-profit organisation with a local board of directors and local employees. We receive Federal and State Government support for our funded services.
