East Gippsland Landcare Network

The East Gippsland Landcare Network Inc. is an umbrella organisation for Landcare Groups in the Bairnsdale and Districts and High Country region in Victoria. The Network is run by a committee of Landcare members from different groups in the region. The Network exists to provide a level of co-ordination and interaction between its members (Landcare Groups in East Gippsland) that brings synergies, cost efficiencies, advocacy, leadership and innovation for Landcare in East Gippsland.
EGLN manages group facilitators and project officers to support the member Landcare groups and the Network projects undertaken by the various Groups..
Today EGLN supports 22 Landcare groups in the region. In total these groups cover an area of over 307,000ha, and comprise more than 730 Landcare family memberships.
