Macedonian Australian Welfare Association NSW

Macedonian Australian Welfare Association (MAWA) has operated for over 35 years as the only specific welfare organisation and non-profit supporting the needs of the Macedonian community in Sydney. MAWA runs grassroots services which are culturally and linguistically accessible to assist seniors, carers, people with disability, women, men and youth. In addition to supporting Macedonian-speaking community members, MAWA supports people who speak other Former Yugoslav languages.
